Refund & cancellation

Short version: cancel any time, and if you're genuinely unhappy with a paid month, email us for a refund.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription whenever you like from the billing section of your account, or by emailing cavivekmuralidharan@gmail.com. You keep access until the end of the current billing period; you won't be charged again.

Refunds

Monthly plans: pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the month if you cancel and ask within 7 days of renewal.
Annual plans: full refund if cancelled within 14 days of first payment; pro-rated refund after that for the unused months.
Add-ons / overages: non-refundable once consumed.
Refund requests honoured within 7 working days on the original payment method.

No-questions-asked window

The first 14 days on any plan are no-questions-asked. If Altboard doesn't work for you, email us and we'll refund you in full. No form, no forensic interview.

What isn't refundable

Fees related to chargebacks, fraud, or where the account has breached our Terms of Service. We also can't refund taxes (GST, TDS) that we've already remitted to the government.

How to request a refund

Email cavivekmuralidharan@gmail.com with the email address on your Altboard account and a one-line explanation. We respond within 2 working days and resolve within 7.
